Freddie was super friendly and helpful! Glad switched

Freddie was polite and extremely helpful to locate what I needed and had it brought to the store for me so I could come pick it up. He made sure to answer all my questions and I appreciated him going out of his way to locate the device I was searching for.

We came to this Metro wanting to switch from another carrier. We walked in and was greeted right away. The young man who greeted us was named Freddie. He asked what he could help us with and we told him we wanted to switch from another carrier. He jumped right in and very nice young lady named Sharita (forgive me if I spell any names wrong) came from the back and she had a smile on her face. It was something I wasn't use to. We didn't switch that night so we left. The next day I was dead set on switching and going back to see Sharita and Freddy. I called and asked if they could get the phones to them today and Freddy jumped right on it and he said I'll keep you updated. I was at work and called when I was off work and Sharita answered and told me she had them. I was grateful they took the time and the other employees to make it happen to have 2 phones come from two different stores in the complete opposite direction come together to make a customer happy and a new one at that. We are so grateful for all the hard work guys!!! Thank you for that and we are happy to back to Metro!! We will be a long time customer to this location. I can't express my gratitude enough.
