    I went into metro pcs today because my phone hasn't been able to make calls I would try at least 3-6 times before I could make a call only to have a error message pop up i use my phone for work so it was really frustrating. The lady helping me tried to reset the internet and restart my phone it didnt work so she said id have to buy a new Sim card for $15 my phones an A16 Motorola so it shouldn't need a new Sim card she said if that doesnt work then id have to buy a new phone... I left and called metro customer service and the gentleman who helped me knew exacly what was wrong. I had to go to my settings to apps -> choose default apps (at the top) -> call redirecting app -> set to "none" mine was set to metro pcs so it wasn't getting signal to all the towers 🙃 View on Google
