    I had a great experience at MetroPCS thanks to Ana, Halie, and Jasmine. They were all very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They helped me set up a new line and took the time to clearly explain my options. I also really appreciated how they informed me about their internet (which i will return for) and answered all of my questions without rushing me.     I was going to go home and get online for a cheaper price but there was so much Exceptional customer servic I decided to stay in store and look for some option. Greatest by a Knowledgeable staff. Very welcoming environment. "Leoniel" was very patient with me as I asked thousands of questions looking for the best deal; I watched as "Leoniel" gracefully helped other customers. Had a wonderful conversation and enjoy my trip to this location in general. I have been to other locations that made me feel like a burden as a customer; here I just got the option to be a customer and I loved it. Just a great experience.
