I had a frustrating experience at the Roscoe/Tampa store when I first went there to activate my phone. Unfortunately, I felt like I was being avoided instead of getting the help I needed. After becoming frustrated, I visited the Saticoy/Tampa store, and the experience was completely different. The representative there was very helpful, patient, and professional.
