I was staying at the Best Western up the street not receiving phone calls or text on my personal line so I called customer service they erased my SIM cards on both my personal and my money line which had 2K on it both phones shut off emergency calls only I jumped up and ran into this MetroPCS store when I got there they were closed they allowed me to come inside and went through the 40 minute long process of restoring my SIM cards I won't go into detail of what had to be done to accomplish this with the manager Rosie and the young lady working behind the counter her name I cannot remember because it's a beautiful Hispanic name that I wouldn't be able to guess in a million years the ladies only had one priority and that was to make sure that my phones were working when I left that store and they did just that I that I told the young lady working behind the counter that if I wouldn't catch a charge I'd lean across that counter and kiss her right on the mouth LOL excellent customer service I've been with MetroPCS for a long time and I do not plan on leaving yes I have had my ups and downs along the way but all in all I am a completely satisfied customer and if ever in this area again and need service regarding my telephones I will go straight to this location where I was treated like I mattered and like the money that I spend every month matters thank you guys so much for your help I greatly appreciate you both not only were you beyond helpful but both so kind and personable beautiful human beings ❤️
