    This store and the employees are absolutely amazing! I bought a new phone and they were very patient and kind with me and my total confusion with the new phone. I’ve been to several other Metro stores and was never satisfied. I’m glad I tried this store because I promise you…this store will always have my business. View on Google

    As a 10-year customer with Metro by T-Mobile, I know what bad customer service can be like, and I am appalled by how perfect the service was here along with Amazing metro deals! Moe and his co-worker (female) provided exceptional care, helping me find the perfect new phone, case, and screen. The store's location is also convenient, especially for those near Arlington High School and UTA college. Five stars for outstanding service! I will go here for now on!😃 View on Google

    I had the best experience at this location the 2 gentlemen that helped me were so helpful and worked with me to get me affordable. I met the kindest young lady while i was waiting as well. I have never been to a cell phone place that took care of everything in less then 30 minutes. I must say this will continue to be my store. Great job guys ya'll are the best :) View on Google
