The Asian gentleman was amazing!!! I literally spent 8 min start to finish (start being "hey , I need a phone" to the 8 min finish time being " here's your receipt and all of your details regarding your new phone and account" . Out of 5 stars my boy gets 100! The young lady working with him was great too(loved her hair, and very beautiful as well ) was dealing with a over the top rude as rude comes kinda female , can't even say it was a woman cause women don't act the way that species was; but both the Asian gentleman and beautiful black woman handled the situation like respectable adults keeping their composure and professionalism in line. I'm a national sales director and honestly those types of customers are not easy and test every bit of your "this job ain't worth it" nerves,well for this duo it was a walk in the park for them or so it appeared to the outside looking in . In summary I'll go out my way just like I did today to do all my cellular needs and business with this location! I didn't catch your names but when they read this they will know who I was and remember who it was as well.

I Purchased a new phone and service 3 weeks ago. I got a really great deal.I bought the phone & 1 month of service for $150. I went back to the Store today. I had to change my billing date from the 28 of the month to the 3rd of the month. They charged me $20. I explained that my phone was stolen.They told me they could file the insurance claim for me for $60.00.My ID was torn from the expiration date. They then told me they couldn't file the insurance claim. They ended up selling me a new phone for $300.00.That seems kind of expensive compared to the first phone I bought.
