    I Purchased a new phone and service 3 weeks ago. I got a really great deal.I bought the phone & 1 month of service for $150. I went back to the Store today. I had to change my billing date from the 28 of the month to the 3rd of the month. They charged me $20. I explained that my phone was stolen.They told me they could file the insurance claim for me for $60.00.My ID was torn from the expiration date. They then told me they couldn't file the insurance claim. They ended up selling me a new phone for $300.00.That seems kind of expensive compared to the first phone I bought. View on Google

    Cici is a pro! I was in and out in 15 minutes. After a sweet greeting, Cici was in her zone. My new was number activated, case and phone were assembled, charger was bagged and I was saying thank you before I knew what happened. All along she was all smiles and support in a busy store. She could have been overwhelmed, instead she was incredibly poised. All I could do was smile at my surprise to see someone so good at their job. Thank you Metro and thank you Cici! View on Google
