You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

My son had an issue with his phone recently and it took a few trips to the store to get the issue resolved due to the replacement phone that Assurance sent was faulty. So, we had the pleasure of working with all of the girls that work there. They were all extremely helpful and quite frankly went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. I've been a Metro PCS since before T- Mobile. The good part of approx 10 yrs or more. I've been frequenting this store for approximately 6 yrs. I've always had good service from the staff. However Rosa is exceptional in her Knowledge and willingness to help. Going that mile to make sure u leave more than satisfied with the results of your visit. I also see her advising other associates on what she's learned so I'm sure if her advice is followed all customers will be getting excellent service... keep up the good service Rosa!...I'm sure they're not paying you enough ...
