    Went in to upgrade our phones and we were helped by Nick and Mike both times we stopped in. Absolutely amazing customer service and very helpful with everything!! We were definitely glad to see Nick was working when we came in….he’s knowledgeable and laid back. He has a great disposition and is incredible with customers (he’ll make sure to keep you laughing).     Heyyy, came into the store with all types of problems with my phone. Nick was very helpful and helped to the best of his abilities and appreciate the patience ! Luis was extremely helpful and got everything done and fixed for me and also exhibited immense patience while customers continued to pour into the store . Although it was a difficult process they both were able to solve it and left me leaving a happy customer ! View on Google

    We were switching from our former carrier to Metro decided to go in person Glad that we did cause Mike and his team were outstanding!! They really know their cellphone materials. If I could I would give Mike and his team 10 star's. Thanks for the great service we received. Then we took my sister to this same Metro, Luis took care of us another outstanding employee!!!
