You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

I went in to activate my phone and was helped out by a young guy. His name was Daniel. I had an issue on my end with a defective phone. This guy helped me throughout the entire ordeal. It took about 45 minutes. I would recommend anyone that has an issue, go to him. View on Google
