    I had an issue with eSIM card activation on my phone. I came to the store for a quick solution so that I could go back to work. Eddie put the time and effort into helping me figure out what went wrong by communicating with remote Metro Support. He literally facilitated resetting my online account step by step and got my phone working properly again. I knew I was in good hands by observing how he handled the situation from the start.He was acting professionally and with a supportive attitude. I appreciate what he did for me. For people who sign up for service online and need help from a local store, please don't take assistance from a local store for granted. View on Google
