I had such a great experience at the Bonita location that I felt I needed to share it. After accidentally dropping my phone in the water, I had to replace it, and Raf and Toro went above and beyond to help me through the entire process.
I was already a little frustrated because I had driven to the Naples location first, only to find it closed, and then had to drive all the way to Bonita. Thankfully, Raf and Toro completely turned my day around. They were incredibly patient, kind, and walked me through everything step by step.
What impressed me most was that Raf was helping multiple customers at once and still remained calm, professional, and attentive to everyone. Both Raf and Toro provided outstanding customer service and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier.
