    Hi, I just have to say, Diane was the absolute BEST!! she took such good care of me. I was upset with another at a different store, not Metro, trying to get a new phone. I decided to go to my Metro Pcs and not only did Diane hook me up with exactly what I was wanting but she made the whole process BETTER!! I couldn't have had a better experience.     I wanna say thank you to Angel and Diana. I went in for service today, July 11, 2025. They were awesome great customer service welcoming in patients.Lol I had switched my phone service over to another phone service to lower my bill, not thinking realizing that there’s better deals out there than T-Mobile and I got hooked up with awesome company.
