    We lost wife's brother in her arms and with him went his cell pin number,has sim,no micro sd card.powered up to 100% can't get past key number lock..any help would be appreciated.message anytime.photo was Darrell McCune. Died Nov 15,2024 View on Google

    I went in to the store because I was having issues with my phone. I was able to get assistance by the lovely associate Sobie. She was able to help me figure out my phone. Looks like I accidentally downloaded an app that was causing my phone to glitch out. She was super patient and super friendly. Thank you for all of your help! I will be back to see her when im ready to get a new phone View on Google
