Didn't start off well at all. MY attitude was very bad, but not directed at the only lady at the store. It was all the nonsense that led me to that store on that day. I didn't have any F's to give that day so didn't explain to her for my nasty tone. Though she returned my attitude, she made everything right in the end. These companies have got to start giving the customers a choice to speak to a CS rep in the states vs over the pond. When already angry about poor service I'm not in the right mind to struggle with accents and improper English making it hard to communicate. Had I not dealt with that for over an hour on the phone prior to speaking with this young lady in store, my attitude might not have went left. All good, been to this store before with no issues. Whew, I'm glad I came here. It was definitely a different experience from where I just left from 5401-A S. BLVD, which I do not recommend. This arrowrood store was on point. Very professional, honest, friendly, and actually cared about your needs. Thank you soooo much for the pleasant experience today. We will be back when I'm ready to upgrade. Keep up the good work!
