Outstanding Customer Service / Commendation for Suly!!!
Dear Store Owner,
I am writing to share my recent experience at your location and to express my deepest gratitude for your staff, specifically Suly.
I have been a loyal MetroPCS contractor customer for 15 years and have never experienced an issue until recently, when someone in Pennsylvania attempted an unauthorized port-out of my phone number. While working at a job site, I noticed the fraudulent activity and immediately contacted customer service. They confirmed the fraud and advised me to visit the nearest store if my line cut out. I headed straight to your location, which I pass every day on my way to work.
By the time I arrived, I was incredibly stressed, angry, and anxious about my business line. I know I came across as edgy and difficult to the two young ladies who welcomed me.
Despite my negative attitude, Suly handled the situation with absolute professionalism. She listened carefully, kept me calm, and resolved the entire nightmare with ease. When I offered to buy her lunch or give her a tip to show my appreciation, she politely declined. She told me she was just doing her job and shared that she had also been a victim of fraud, which is why she understood my short temper. This is the definition of true customer service.
I also want to recognize the other young lady working at the time. I unfortunately forgot her name, but she was incredibly kind and helped de-escalate my anxiety by chatting with me to take my mind off the situation while Suly worked.
You have an incredible team at this location. Suly went above and beyond to protect my livelihood, and she absolutely deserves a raise for her exceptional work and patience.
