Keep in mind, MPCS is the best phone company. It was a terrible experience in 7 years with a bad employee. This has never happened to me before. I want to acknowledge there were many misunderstandings in this situation, the young woman was courteous and attentive at first, then perhaps due to my lack of knowledge of new technologies (I am 80 years old) and I am under a lot of pressure, she did what should be logical and I did not understand. I called and spoke with several agents, neither were guilty, but I was more confused and yesterday after 10 days I made a bad comment about the young woman. Strong and I believe undeserved, therefore I apologize if I made her feel bad, I apologize to MPCS, I am very loyal to them and I thank the young man who sent me his email in case there was a situation today when I went to the agency. To young Irma I apologize and although I did not treat her offensively, let her know with the public sometimes there are difficult moments. Thank you all and to MPCS (Original) Malísima con la Dependiente Irma, compré un teléfono el día 1/8/25 y hoy 10 todavía estoy bregando con el mal trabajo de la joven q estaba pegada a su celular hablando mientras trabajaba en el mío. Conste MPCS es la mejor compañía telefonía, fue una mala experiencia. en 7 años con una mala trabajadora . Nunca me había ocurrido. Quiero reconoconicer hubo muchos malos entendidos en esta situación, la joven si fue cortes y atenta en el primer momento, luego quizás en mi desconocimiento de las nuevas tecnologías ( ( tengo 80 años) y ando con la presión desbordada, ella hizo lo que debe ser lógico y yo no entendí. Llame y hablé con varios agentes, tampoco culpables, pero más me confundía y ayer luego de 10 dias es q hago un mal comentario sobre la joven. Fuerte y creo que inmerecido, por tanto me disculpo si la hice sentir mal, me disculpo con MPCS, soy muy fiel a ellos y agradezco al joven que me mando su correo por si había alguna situación hoy al ir a la agencia. A la joven Irma me disculpo y aunque no la trate de forma ofensiva, que sepa con el público a veces hay momentos difíciles. Gracias a todos y a MPCS View on Google
