I finally came over to the Metro store and the guy here completely took care of me from start to finish and made the whole process so much easier than I expected He was patient with me explained everything clearly and actually took the time to make sure my transfer was done correctly instead of just rushing me out After dealing with all the stress at Verizon it was such a relief to finally have someone who knew what they were doing and was willing to help I really appreciate the customer service here and especially the guy who helped me because he definitely turned a frustrating situation into a good experience⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Honestly I had a really frustrating experience before coming to this store because I had already visited a few different stores trying to get help with an issue I was having with my phone and nobody was really willing to help me properly Some places were just trying to charge me money without even properly checking what was wrong and it honestly started feeling like I was being taken advantage of Then I came to this store and the experience was completely different From the moment I explained my problem they actually took the time to listen and understand what was happening with my phone instead of immediately trying to sell me something or asking me for money They checked the phone properly explained what was wrong and helped me figure out the issue What I really appreciated was that they were honest with me and didn’t make me feel like I had to pay for something I didn’t need After dealing with multiple stores where I felt like nobody actually wanted to help unless they could make money from me this was honestly refreshing The problem with my phone was fixed and I left the store feeling like I had finally found someone who genuinely cared about helping the customer I really appreciate the patience honesty and effort they put into helping me Definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a phone problem and doesn’t want to get pushed into unnecessary charges or services If I have any phone issues in the future this will definitely be the first place I go😇
