    I received the best service from Kevin during my recent phone transaction. I change phones annually and the staff at Metro PC are always so nice. I don't see how the employees work in such high stress situations. The phone rings constantly and customers are pouring in numbers. Kevin handles multiple customers with calm and friendly approach. I don't understand why the company insist on employees asking that Metro PC customers change to T mobile. I am happy with Metro PC and if required to change would go to another carrier not associated with Metro. Add a tech person and keep a sales person rather than employee trying to balance everything. I recommend Metro PC to so many people, but you better have several hours to spend if changing phones. Thank you Kevin, owners son, for making my transaction less stressful. View on Google
