I came into Metro with only about 20 minutes left before the store closed, and she went above and beyond to help me get my internet service set up. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and never made me feel rushed even though it was right at closing time. That level of customer service is rare, and I truly appreciated how willing she was to make sure everything was taken care of before I left.
