⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Customer Service I’ve Received in Years!
I had been trying to upgrade from my older iPhone to a new one and was having nothing but problems. I had already called 611, and after spending a lot of time with them, they told me there was nothing more they could do.
I decided to stop by Metro by T-Mobile in Danville, and I’m so glad I did. Misty greeted me, listened to everything that had happened, and immediately started working on my phone. She never once acted rushed or frustrated, even though the store was packed because it was the beginning of the month.
I honestly sat there amazed as I watched her patiently help customer after customer while continuing to work on my issue. She was kind, thorough, professional, and determined. She refused to give up until she found the solution—and she did! She fixed everything that 611 said couldn’t be fixed.
Customer service like this is rare these days, and when you experience it, people should hear about it. Misty went above and beyond, and it’s obvious she truly cares about helping people instead of just getting them out the door.
