What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. I was having issues with my bill so I went down to this metro store, and I am glad that I did! Caitlin McGee Was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable!!! She took care of all my needs and went above and beyond! I am so glad that there are still people out there like her that care about customers and their needs. I 😘 Ve Metro at 104 Nova Rd. I been with Metro 2010 and this store never been as good as it is now. Crystal is awesome I mean very passion and concern. She help u decide what phone you want not just sell u want she want you to buy. All I can say if you want good customers service and good phone service I welcome you to go to 104 Nova Rd to Metro by T-Mobile ask for Crystal if she is busy she will let you wait or guide you to the next person.
