Yesterday in the evening I walked into Metro PCS with my daughter in Decatur in search of a new phone. Suleman was the one working at the time. O told him that I needed a new phone, that I was on a budget, and I showed him how slow my old phone was working. He smiled and showed me some phones and helped me understand the difference in some of the phones I was looking at. I finally chose one and he helped me set up all the wonderful things that come with a phone. Suleman was very patient and understanding of what kind of phone I needed and I felt great with the decision I made. Suleman was very talkative and always with a smile.
