    I had one of the most wonderful experiences ever concerning my phone account with a MetroPCS representative. Armaan at the DeSoto location off Beltline and Cockrell Hill. He was very knowledgeable about everything in the store. He gave me my options, explained everything clearly. He walked me through the whole process of a promotion I was eligible for. Even when I was talking to one of the reps over the phone, I muted them to get an understanding and he explained everything they said. I can't explain how happy I was to have him help me. He was truly an Angel and it's not too many times you run across somebody who really, truly wants to help you. YEP ..I bought a phone!! I was eligible for a promotion and he should be eligible for one too! I rarely do reviews but I asked him do they have a way I can do a review about him. Please make sure he knows that I am eternally grateful and thankful for him. Blessings! 🙏🏾 View on Google
