We got to the store around 6:45 PM and were greeted right away by Rick. We were then helped by employee NZQ444 (listed on our receipt), who assisted us with transferring our service from another carrier to Metro. She was super friendly and patient, even though the process took a while due to some delays on Metro’s end. The store closes at 7 PM, and since it was already past closing time, we offered to come back another day—but she insisted she didn’t mind finishing up with us. In the same visit, we were able to cancel one of our lines and successfully transfer our number over to Metro. Overall, we’re really happy with the customer service we received. View on Google
