    I had an excellent experience with Christian Rodriquez. As soon as I walked in, he greeted me right away and asked how he could help. I told him I was looking into another phone, and what really stood out was that he put my needs first. He wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive phone-he gave me real options based on what I needed. Christian truly cares about customers. Customers are not just a number or a quota. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and even checked what offers I might qualify for since I've been a Metro customer for 9 years. Keep in mind at the time he didn't know how long I was a customer for Metro. He went the extra mile by calling a T-Mobile representative so I could hear my options directly. While I was on the phone with T-Mobile representative another customer walked in, he handled it with the same professionalism-attentive, patient, and focus on meeting their needs as well. His customer service is outstanding, and he represents the company with excellence. He should be employee of the year. View on Google
