    📱⭐️📱⭐️📱⭐️📱⭐️📱⭐️ Walking into a phone store usually feels a little like entering a speed dating event for data plans — confusing, slightly stressful, and somehow everyone wants your decision in under four minutes. But Liz at Metro by T-Mobile deserves an actual standing ovation. I went in with my aunt, who doesn’t speak English and has been loyally holding onto a phone that honestly belongs in a museum exhibit titled “Early Touchscreen Survival Stories.” The poor thing could barely download an app, let alone run WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, translation apps, or anything remotely modern. What should have been a chaotic, overwhelming experience somehow became… enjoyable? Liz walked us through what felt like 4,782 options with the patience of a saint and the energy of someone who actually enjoys helping people. We even left to “think about it,” came back later, and she welcomed us like we hadn’t just disappeared into the Elizabeth wilderness for an hour. Meanwhile, she was juggling other customers, phone calls, store traffic — and somehow never made us feel rushed once. Not once. And the real MVP moment? She stayed extra time helping transfer everything from my aunt’s ancient device onto the new phone so she could walk out fully functioning, connected, and ready to finally send WhatsApps like the rest of the family. My aunt left feeling confident. I left wondering if Liz should honestly be training half the retail industry. Also, let’s be honest… what exactly are you supposed to photograph for a phone review? Another phone box? A charging cable? So the photo we attached is actually an AI-generated image that captures how ridiculously happy we were with the entire experience — and honestly, it says it all.
