Jen at 1412 South Main Street was the most honest, knowledgeable person I have dealt with being a returning Metro customer. I was ready to change back over to metro from tmobile and I walked into the South Main street store and there was Jenn ready to help and her customer service is definitely 100% on point i had nothing but a good experience today switching over services.. I can't say enough about Jen's willingness to help the customer and her determination to get the job done right makes for a very happy statfied customer... We need more people like her to be working behind these counters.... She should be a Metro manager/trainer definitely needs a raise or employee appreciation recognition of some kind...

Jen at 1412 South Main Street was the most knowledgeable person I have dealth with since I have been a Metro customer. I was ready to change companies until i met her. I have had nothing but bad experiences no matter who I called or in the many other stores I walked into for help. I can't say enough about Jens willingness to help and determination to get the job done right. We need more people like her to be working behind these counters.... she should be a Metro trainer. Kudos to Jen and 1412 South Main Street store.
