I want to recognize Islam at the Metro by T-Mobile location on W Commercial Blvd in Fort Lauderdale for his outstanding customer service. Every time I visit the store, he takes the time to answer all of my questions with patience and professionalism. He is extremely knowledgeable about phones, wireless networks, and how Metro's services work. One thing that really stood out was when I was frustrated about having to receive a PIN every time I paid my bill in-store. I had asked others before, but Islam was the only person who could clearly explain the reason and help me understand the process. Over the years, he has helped me get some excellent deals and has always looked out for my family's needs. He helped me get tablets for both my son and daughter, as well as home internet service, making sure I got the best options available and the best value for my money. It's rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely willing to help. Islam consistently goes above and beyond for customers, and his dedication is a big reason I continue to return to this location. Metro by T-Mobile is fortunate to have an employee like him. Highly recommended!
