    My phone died on me earlier in the week, and I came in to see if I could get any help replacing it. I am glad Valentina was there. She was the most helpful and patient with me, because I ended up having a lot of questions for her, in regards to pricing, and if there were any deals for long term customers. She ended up suggesting transferring my line to T-Mobile, because of a promotion they had. It saved me a lot on what I ended up paying , and she helped every step of the way. So to any management that happens to read this, please give her a raise, lol. In all seriousness after having a rough week leading up to this, dealing with Valentina was one of the best Customer Service experiences I have had in a long time. She really does deserve a bonus, or a raise! View on Google
