    Overall and in general Metro by T-Mobile has given me the worst taste in my when it comes to customer service. I have only had my account for a little over a month, and due to situation, that was not Metro's fault with regard to my account, that I needed to fix, I have had to deal with several countless seemingly endless phone support representatives, and 2 different representatives at this store location. I have had the worst customer service experience ever in I do not know how many years. However, of the two representatives at this store that I dealt with, one of them was by far, AMAZING, WONDERFUL, HELPFUL, KIND, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HARD-WORKING, DILIGENT, AND HAS DONE MORE FOR ME AND MY ACCOUNT THAN THE "BLEEP BLEEP EXPLITIVE" AMOUNT OF REPRESENTATIVE I HAVE HAD SPEAK TO....... Honestly, in my opinion the entire rest of the company could likely learn a thing or two about work ethic and duties while on the job from this store representative, and I'm not kidding at all! Emaad Rahim who prefers to go by Sam better get a Bonus, a Raise, and a Promotion; he certainly deserves it! And for any other Metro customers in and around the area, please makes sure to give your business and sales to him before you give it to the other Reps!!!     V went above and beyond was an excellent help and assistance in the process of buying my new phone. Even gave me a better deal than Apple!!! Great customer service was very accommodating and did a great job with making me feel great about my purchase even included several free items with my purchase. Very happy customer!!!!!
