After 1.2 million views of my positive reviews, I have rarely had to post a negative review. I have had a family plan with METROPCS for nearly 20 years and happy with their service. Unfortunately, I had major issues with Greg, manager at the store. I have five lines and one of those was open for use. I told my brother who is disabled to go to the store and use that number. I was on the phone along with him and Greg. His phone was not compatible with Metro, so he purchased a new phone for $300. I reiterated with Greg that this would not be a sixth phone number and that the line I had available would need to be used. Instead, Greg added the sixth line which dramatically increased my phone bill. My brother went back to return the phone and Greg and another associate became rude, which caused my brother to lose his temper. I am not defending my brother but this never would have occurred if Greg did the right thing. I listened to the whole conversation and it was all uncalled for. I spoke with Chuck on 611 and this young man was amazing! He was able to remove the billing and solve the problem. My brother had to drive back there twice because Greg did not share the code, so my brother can take his original phone back to his previous provider to reopen his account. MetroPCS has wonderful employees and services and I highly recommended this provider. As far Greg goes, he is an extremely bad apple working for a great company. He lied to me and my brother, caused unnecessary billing issues and did not give my brother the code to turn his line back on at his previous provider. If you need phone service, get MetroPCS but do not go to this particular store. View on Google

We went to T-Mobile to get our account straight. The guy behind the counter tried to steal my identity and put my phone in a data share mode. We left and went to Metro after being at T-Mobile on Archer for an hour and a half dealing with Nicholas to Metro dealing with Veronica and Veronica got us all that we needed and in and out in under 30 minutes. Had a problem getting internet on my phone stopped In to the MetroPCS store on 13 street..Thank God Jacmyn was working she got my phone working.She is my all time favorite..I am so happy she was working today. There has been time when I stopped in for help and had other clerks that looked at me like a deer in the headlights..I can't say enough good things about Jacmyn..Thank you Jacmyn... View on Google
