Went in with issue from my WiFi box. Jennifer and Rachel were the most awesome employees I have ever delt with. I’m under my daughter‘s account so I could get a Wi-Fi. I’m not on Metro. So we had to keep trying to reach out to my daughter to get the pin number. They were so patient with me. They tried everything to get my box working every way they could to help me. Because of them, I’m thinking of switching over to Metro because of their customer service once my phone is paid off with AT&T. They even talked me into buying a tablet which I love girls. Thank you for all that time you spent with me and your total patience and kindness. You two are awesome shout out to these two recognization. View on Google

We were having troubles getting a transfer pin and miss Kazzandra was awesome. Spent over an hour trying and succeeding in getting what was needed to Portland over a number. Highest grade or rating to her for everything she did for us. View on Google
