I called this store & the price they gave me over the phone was the same when I arrived no surprises on prices. The building was clean, there was no line, things were completed in order. Jill showed greatly compassion for her job. I was appreciative of the products I received, everything was brand new & worked properly. She made sure to ask me if I had any questions or concerns to please call or stop by & I’ve no complaints. This young woman was a phenomenal employee, & showed she really cared about my difficult phone situation. I didn’t spend my life savings & felt I got more than what I should have. That’s why I will always pick Washington St location & Metro PCS as my provider. Thank you for you great customer service cs I was treated as a family of the company not just a customer.
