    I went to the Metro store on the corner of petway street and Federal hwy with a broken phone. The LED screen was broken! Ms.Juana told me about a promotion with T- Mobile that sounded great. Only problem was Ms. Juana could not retrieve anything on my broken phone. She was able to put my information into her phone to get much needed information i needed to keep my original phone number and email address! It took 2 days to get my phone which was upgraded from my old 1. Ms. Juana told me to bring new phone back to her on Thursday. This kind young lady jumped threw rings of fire to get everything taken care of that i normally would have had to do myself. Ms. Juana took her time to help me because there's no way i could have accomplished what had to be done! She was amazing and within the hour i was walking out the door with my new phone in proper order and Ms. Juana saved my old phone number plus my email address, my pictures and more. Ms. Juana went way out of her way to help me that day. I can't say enough good about her. Very kind hearted View on Google
