Unlimited on device and network only. If you use a lot of data, more than 35GB/mo., you may experience slower speeds when our network is busy. What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. Spoke with Joseph and he was very helpful after a bad experience in a different location store. Joseph was pleasant and friendly. He offered to do whatever he could to help with a bad phone-buying experience in a different Metro store. I would definitely recommend Joseph and this store to all Metro customers. I would also recommend that people learn to pay their phone bills through the app on a computer or on their phones as they would save the fee charged for paying the bill in-store. View on Google
