    I just had the best experience at the Metro PCS store on State Road 7 in Hollywood, FL. I went in to buy my son an iPhone 17 for his birthday, and Zain was such a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, quick, and provided excellent customer service. I also noticed that he and the young lady working with him made a great team. I’ve been going to this Metro store for a long time, and I have to say this was the best experience I’ve had here in a long time. Highly recommend! View on Google

    Eric is the utmost professional. Kind, patient and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to help his customers and does so with a smile. There is a terrible AC outage in the Hollywood location at 659 S State Road 7 . It reached 94 degrees outside today and it must have been close to 100 degrees when I was in the shop several times today to set up my new iPhone . Employees and customers should not be subjected to conditions like this. Please fix the air conditioning immediately or close this location until it is. Thank you. View on Google
