You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. I've been with them for 15 years. I was disappointed I was told that my # no longer exist & I couldn't get my # back .I'm disappointed but I will continue to keep my services with them. I will recommend to family and friends. Even though I'm not pleased at this point. View on Google
