Was having issues with my line transfer, but was Abel to have it resolved after returning the phone to the store I got it from .however, the reps at the tmobile store tried their best, especially the last rep that helped me directly from the store .Now my line is working because the phone was changed from the store I bought it from .once again, thank you all for helping.
