    First time going to this particular Metro store and I wasn't disappointed! My son and I both needed to do an upgrade. But we both was greeted by this lady and she was very very nice and helpful. It was a time consuming event, but she made it very pleasant. Now hopefully this is the metro pc on 17th St that I'm giving the review for, because the ones we had to go to get my son's phone case was horrible. We went to the one on Raymond st because that's where we were referred to go, but that lady was so consumed in watching and dealing with this other lady that she gave my son the wrong case and we didn't notice that it didn't even for right. But live and learn, I guess to check while you're in the store, so you don't have to run around and find the correct one. But I would go back to the Metro on 17th St for the best service!
