    We had such a good experience at the Metro PCS store! Reggie helped my husband, who was signing up as a new customer, and he was awesome from start to finish. He listened to what my husband needed, helped him find a phone that fit his budget, and took the time to explain everything without rushing us.     During the summer, a visit was made to this Metro PCS location from out of town. The experience with Reggie and the manager was great; they found a compatible screen for a cell phone. Reggie also mentioned a special offer on a tablet. Accepting the offer was beneficial, as the tablet has been useful for the service provided to clients. Reggie explained the details of adding an extra line effectively. The five-star experience was refreshing. View on Google
