What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. Keeping in mind that this is Cust Srvc over the phone; the store does fine: Worst customer service I've ever had. Poor administration management and continuity of customer care... Changed address 11 months before Ordering phones and twice, both phones sent to the wrong addresses and we were charged for them! Avoid metro and T-Mobile! View on Google

Hello Y'all... The associates at this Metro by T Mobile Store are Awesome. I feel Horrible for not remembering the name of the associate that helped me out, but she was Amazing... I needed a New phone and she got right on it, she was very Knowledgeable, attentive and courteous. I definitely recommend this Store to anyone needing a phone and Phenomenal customer service!!!
