You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

AWFUL SERVICE PROVIDED BY STAFF...BOUGHT THEIR NEW HOME INTERNET SERVICE AND HAD TO GO BACK 4 TIMES BECAUSE THEIR EQUIPMENT WOULDN'T WORK... I BEGGED THEM TO PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH A NEW EQUIPMENT AND THEY REFUSED TO...THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK EITHER... THEY WOULDN'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT... I LOST A LOT OF MONEY DURING THIS SITUATION BEING THAT I WORK FROM HOME AND WAS WITHOUT INTERNER FOR OVER 2 WEEKS...AND NO ONE ANSWERED FOR IT.... THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION IS REALLY, REALLY BAD AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.... THEY HAD NO MANAGER ONSITE... BAD EXPERIENCE...DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR NOTHING !!!! View on Google
