You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

We got fast very friendly service and literally every employee spoke with me and my family everyone was all smiles and made us feel welcomed and explained with patience everything we needed to know about phone options and even did the transfer of old phone to the new phone information for us.
