    I had a positive experience at this Metro by T-Mobile location. The store was clean, organized, and the staff was professional and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The manager was especially helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while assisting me with my service and answering all of my questions. Customer service can make a huge difference, and this team handled everything with professionalism and respect. I truly appreciated the managerā€™s willingness to help and ensure that I left satisfied.     Mr. Delbert was great. He switched over my device without any problems. He explained all promotions that was going in great detail without pressuring me or trying to hassle me into making a purchase. Mr. Delbert was Courteous, Funny and Informative.
