What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. Dude, I don't normally leave reviews but I just have to right now.The associates name that has always helped me when I come in is Jose over here at metro by Tmobile, he's an awesome employee , very knowledgeable about everything in his store, The best part is I NEVER feel ripped off or like the staff is trying to upsell me on useless crap. When I came in today to pay a late bill jose went above and beyond to help me get what i needed and save me money! Very cool 😎 ! Juan has helped to resolve my issues at least 3 times in the last 3 months. He showed me how to set up service in European countries; he was able to explain and fix some technical problems that I had with my SIM card; and he was able to determine why I wasn't able to send texts with attachments.
