Last week I had to visit the T-Mobile store because I was having difficult sign in into the app and using some of the tools that they provided I was fortunate enough to be greeted by A representative Carla M. It was early in the morning. I was one of the first few customers in, and she greeted me with the smile which made the day a little brighter after assisting me with the tools I needed. I realize that I needed it to get another tablet as well because mine had been damaged for quite some time. Carla provided me with options, providing me the opportunity to select which tablet would work best for me. She also took time in to find out what other options were made available to meet at no cost because of her patients in time in identifying my needs versus pushing products down my throat. I chose to purchase a watch as well because it’s something that I needed and because of an allergic reaction, I have to jewelry. I’m normally not able to wear Wok but I put the watch on my wrist and plunged around for about 10 to 15 minutes and there was no reaction to the watch so because of her kindness patience, not being pushy and understanding my needs I was able to purchase the watch as well, which is something I have not worn in over 20 years thank you Carla for being patient taking time to assist me and not push pushing product down my throat just to make a cell T-Mobile you are very fortunate to have Carla M as a member of your team and I must say over the past 10 to 15 years. I have used this store when I am in town and every time I’m in this store. I have a pleasant experience. I wish I could say that about all the stores I’ve visited of T-Mobile, but I can only see it for this one.
