    Had mostly a very good experience from the sales customer service/staff, when trying to figure out a situation with my dieing old phone...realizing it couldn't be fixed , l tried some things promo's etc. still not resolved, but not their fault...They treated me with good attitudes and professionalism... Celia, Jose and Jennifer were very nice to work with...and l appreciated all their help! Thanks again for the advice...still trying to decide what to do...it's hard to let an old phone die...lol View on Google

    Celia is outstanding! I went to this Metro location to make a change to my line, and since I had recently reset my phone, it got deactivated. It turned into a bit of a challenge because I couldn’t remember my PIN or any of my access codes. Celia took the time to fully understand the issue, resolve everything, and explain each step with great patience and kindness. It’s truly refreshing to find people like her—especially nowadays, when so many companies try to replace human service with machines.
