You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

Ya know, customer service has become non-existent at most places, but we came to this Metro PCS on 01/20/2024 to price some phones, not even serious about buying them. Bernice was such a sweetheart and worked her tail off to get us answers. If she didn't know the answer, she looked it up instead of guessing. Because of her strong work ethic, we felt that her responses were trustable enough for us to buy $1200 worth of phones right then and there. Bernice was quick with the long process of activating everything and even double checked that I got her the right account number from Verizon because it didn't look right to her. I haven't been treated SO WELL in a very long time. I hope her manager sees this and recognizes what an outstanding employee he/she has. We are enjoying our two new Samsung S23 FEs now and the upgrade was worth every penny. Thank you Bernice! And good luck with your baby that's on the way. She's gonna have a GREAT mommy! View on Google
